Before returning a DSI product, be sure that it is in new condition and in the original packaging.
To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, send an email to info@marching365.com. DSI will not process or accept returns without a valid RA number.

Ordering Information
Marching365 is your authorized StylePlus and is your contact for all questions regarding StylePlus products, orders, production times and customer satisfaction.
Complete Orders
Orders with incomplete information (shipping address, stock #’s, colors, sizes, art, design, approvals) are placed on hold until complete information is received. Production/Shipping times are calculated from the time the complete information is received and entered.
Color Selection/Fabric Swatches/Digital Prints
If you have questions/concerns about fabrics, please request swatches. Catalog printing may not represent colors accurately. StylePlus and Marching365 are not responsible for color selections approved without swatches. Digitally printed items may differ slightly from catalog/website images due to different print methods/media.
Reorders
A sample for matching is required to fulfill a reorder. Color matching previous orders is always attempted but cannot always be guaranteed. Minimum Quantities (see below) apply to reorders.
Cancellations/Changes
StylePlus orders are entered within 48 hours of receipt. Contact Marching365 immediately if cancellation/changes are necessary. Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. You are responsible for any pre-production costs (art/sketch/pattern/sample) completed before the order was submitted.
Minimum Quantities (MQ)/Under Minimum Fees (UM Fee)
• Made to Order (MTO) Uniforms – MQ 6 (per style, color, and fabric). MTO Genesis Costumes MQ 8. MQ waived for Male uniform options when an exact match to the female equivalent is ordered meeting or exceeding MQ.
• Made to Order (MTO) Flags* – MQ 6 (minimum per size, color, and style). *Made to Order Genesis Flags - MQ 8 (minimum per size, color, style, and foil option). • Garment Bags/Raincoats WITH imprinting – MQ 12, UM Fee $10 per color/$10 per location (quantities 1-11)
• Production/Lead Times – does not include transit times. Consult your Dealer for appropriate shipping level.
• In stock items - ship in 1-2 business days depending on availability and time of order receipt to StylePlus. July 1st through September 30th. In-Stock items may, at times, be back-ordered due to high demand. Back-orders will be fulfilled as soon as stock is replenished.
• Ship dates are approximate, and do not include transit time. Orders placed between July 1st-September 30th may require additional production time.
• Standard shipping is UPS Ground from New Jersey, unless otherwise specified at time of order.
• StylePlus and Marching365 do not assume responsibility for late or lost deliveries due to UPS, or USPS error.
• Customer’s Responsibility: Inspection upon receipt of order
• Within 24 hours of receipt – Inspect order and report any discrepancies.
• Within 30 days of receipt – Request a RA# (return authorization #) if needed. (See Returns/Exchanges).
• After 30 days no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
• Used items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged Goods/Manufacturing errors – Send pictures and a description of the error for verification. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise to determine whether to repair, replace or credit. StylePlus may require the item to be returned. Please do not use or dispose of any item until directions have been given.
Returns/Exchange Policy
• All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) issued from Marching365.
• All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• In Stock items are returnable or exchangeable if unused and in original packaging. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
• In-Stock Basics are returnable if unworn, unless only used for sizing. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
• Footwear exchanges/returns – packaging that is damaged or marked in any way (writing/postage/tape, etc.) will incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee. Footwear with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
• Made to order and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable, including but not limited to: Digital Flags, Cut & Sewn Flags, Banners, Corelements, Costumes, Uniforms, Close-outs & While Supplies Last (WSL) items. As a general rule, this applies to anything not listed as “In-Stock.”

Drillmasters Merchandise Return Policy
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number in advance of the product being returned to their facility. The RMA number must be clearly referenced on the outside of any return shipment. Products returned without an approved RMA cannot be traced and will not be credited. Please contact sales@marching365.com to get this process started.
Merchandise returned without prior approval will be subject to refusal and returned freight collect; or if accepted, a handling charge of 10% of purchase price will be deducted from the credit memo.
Credit allowances for obsolete, shelf-worn, or damaged merchandise will be solely at the discretion of Drillmaster Corp. This merchandise is subject to an additional 5% handling charge and costs of new packaging.

Website pricing is available when you click on the picture. There may be pricing changes if you alter the costume pieces or materials.
Quotes for Modified Website and Custom Designs will be provided to you when you receive your design drawing.
MINIMUM BASE PRICING
A minimum of 12 identical costumes (design and materials) is required for each order.
We will accept orders for less than 12; however there will be an additional fee. See the pricing chart below.
Custom Soloist Costumes are available only when accompanied with an order of 12 or more identical costumes.
Different costumes in a group must have at least 12 people in the same costume style and materials.
Five (5) different costumes in an order will extend your delivery timeline.
Minimum order pricing will also apply to post-production add-ons, including REPEAT Parade/Spirit orders.

Custom Digital Printing
$250 PRINTING SET-UP FEE
This fee includes artwork, graphic and technical artwork for the print and sample strike off pieces. This charge is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Custom printed material extends your delivery time
Website Sample Costumes
CCD will send a sample website costume at no charge. The sample is property of CCD must be returned sample within 30 days. A return label is provided by CCD for your convenience - contact infor@marching365.com to request a return label.
Should you decide not to continue with an order after the sample has shipped to you, CCD will be charged $30 for the shipments.
Fabrics used in sample website costumes are subject to availability. CCD will use the closest color/style of fabric available.
The production and delivery of a requested sample will add time to the overall production timeline for your entire order.

An electronic invoice will be emailed to the Billing Contact and Primary Instructor names that were submitted with your costume order. The invoice is created when you have finalized your design.

Damage, Costume Discrepancy or Sizing Concerns
Upon receipt of your costumes, please open boxes immediately and fit performers as soon as possible. If you find any discrepancies to the costume you received, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the costumes. Once we have received this information, we will assess and determine the next step.
Please do not have costume altered without contacting CCD if you feel the costume was not constructed properly.
Care and Washing of Costumes
Hand wash cold, line dry.
Do not soak or leave wet in a pile.
Do not wash in a machine. “Delicate” or “hand” cycles are not the same as hand washing.
Do not use Arm & Hammer deodorant.
Do not use Woolite soap.
No hot water.
No dryer.
No iron.
Do not dry clean.
Cover your costume when using hair spray or perfume.
Use Windex to get out grease or oil stains.
How to Adjust the Length of your Pants
The fabrics we use on our pants do not require a hem, so no sewing is required:
Put costume on and make sure the waist and crotch are in the right area.
Stand up straight and look straight ahead, have someone else mark the bottom of the pants where they hit the floor behind the heel of the foot.
Remove the costume and fold the pants so the legs lay on top of each other and are flat.
At the mark, cut straight across the leg to the other side thru both legs.
